To whom it may concern,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Lauren Hood and I am requesting a CR for PHIL 378 and POLS 384 of the Fall 2024 semester.
This fall, with the 7 classes I was enrolled in while also working part-time, my mental health and wellbeing suffered tremendously. It was only until early December that I was able to receive support from my family doctor, and was able to obtain a note regarding my mental health requiring accommodations. I am appealing for a CR in PHIL 378 and POLS 384 because these classes suffered the most (as a result of my poor mental health).
