To Whom It May Concern,
I hope this message finds you well. I'm a fourth year student in computer science, and I'm reaching out to request your consideration for a course swap after the deadline.
After week 1 I found that the content of COCA 201 does not align with my interests, which is why I am seeking an alternative. Since there was conflict, I made the request for adding CISC 335 as a replacement for COCA 201, to ASC Advising on Monday. Due to delays of getting the responses as well as getting permissions from both professors, I was unable to make this change before the deadline.
I Kindly request to swap my current COCA 201 with CISC 335. For the time conflict between 335 and CISC 497 I'm taking, I've got the official permission from both professors, and am committed to caching up with any missed coursework for the new class.
