Academic Plan
Originally, I had planned to pursue a minor in English, but after careful consideration and reflection on my current academic and personal circumstances, I have decided to alter this plan. I believe that shifting my focus will better align with my goals and available resources. Specifically, I will no longer be pursuing the English minor, as my interests and priorities have shifted. Both of the online course options allow me to explore these interests, this decision also reflecting the changing demands on my time, especially considering the personal challenges I am currently facing.
As I have already enrolled in one online course this semester, I have come to realize that the flexibility of online learning better suits my situation moving forward. With two in-person classes already on my schedule, managing both the in-person requirements and my other commitments has become increasingly difficult. Swapping ENGL for an online course format offers me the adaptability I need to balance my academic responsibilities while also addressing personal and family obligations.
Given my previous experience with online studies, I feel confident in my ability to succeed in this format, and I believe that continuing to pursue online courses will allow me to maintain my academic progress while mitigating some of the challenges I currently face. I would like to explore the possibility of adjusting my course load and schedule to incorporate more online classes for the remainder of my academic career, if feasible.
Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
