Petition Letter
Dear Associate Dean:
I am writing to request to add a course after the last official date for adding classes. I was unable to enroll at the deadline due to an unusual academic event. As a mature student I have a Year 2 standing, but SOLUS has me as a Year 1. I am unable to enroll in any courses above Year 1 on SOLUS. For the Fall semester Devs admin staff had to register me for any courses above year 1. We contacted admissions, but they were unable to help us.
By the time I sent my email requesting staff to enroll me in Devs 364, office hours had ended, and the email was not received until Monday January 20th.
