Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

My plan for academic success is to re-enroll in ANAT 100 for the rest of the term and finish the course. I have already put in three weeks of work and I plan to continue to perform and put effort into this class. This was simply a small mistake on my part and I would like to reassure whoever this concerns that this mistake will not happen again. Thank you again for your time. Sorry for the trouble.
