To whoever it may concern.
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to respectfully request consideration for late enrollment in ANAT 100.
I am going on exchange this semester and had my courses arranged to ensure they met requirements at Queen’s University. However, one of the courses I was enrolled in at Groningen University as recently cancelled, leaving me unexpectedly short of a course. After reviewing my options, I found that none of the remaining courses available abroad would adequately transfer back to Queen’s.
Unfortunately, this cancellation occurred after the enrollment deadline for online courses here, which was last Friday. Had I known about this earlier, I would have arranged to enroll before the deadline. Given these unforeseen circumstances, I kindly ask for your understanding and approval to register for ANAT 100.
This course will help to ensure I stay on track academically during my exchange. I am prepared to meet any requirements necessary to facilitate my late enrollment.
