Petition Letter
To whom it may concern,
During the fall exam period, I fell ill (see the attached Verification of Enrollment forms) and had to defer two exams (MATH 225 and MATH 221). I just took the MATH 225 exam this past Sunday, and I believe I did poorly, so I am unsure whether I passed the course. As the exam was past the deadline for adding courses, I was unable to add it for this term. Since I require the course for my Statistics Minor and I am due to graduate this June, I request that I be enrolled in the course.
