Hello,
My name is Ibraheem Syed. My student number is 20487883.
Last semester, I had to defer the CISC 121 exam due to military reasons. Due to this, my SOLUS said 'F' for CISC 121 and automatically dropped me from CISC 124.
Then, I took it on Jan 18th, 2025, where I passed and ended up in the course with an 'A-'. However, while SOLUS updated the mark for CISC 121 from 'F' to 'A-', it did not re-enroll me into CISC 124.
This is IMPORTANT because the military pays for my tuition, and they will not pay for CISC 124 because I currently have it dropped. The deadline to submit my tuition claim is tomorrow at midnight. Can you please re-enroll me into CISC 124 so that my balance can go back to 0 and I can submit my tuition claim?
