Dear Associate Dean,
I am writing to request to reweight the exam I have done for Math 120 fall term 2024, Due to my mental health condition, I was not well enough to attend the exam at that curtain time(I did anyway). However, at that time my official acommodation had not been put into place, as I was unable to meet with an Qsas advisor for intake session(the appointment keeps getting canceled for their reason), Thus, I am requesting if there could be any flexibility on my Math 120 fall term exam, if you could have weight it less, so that I can have better mark, that would be very helpful! I understand this is a full year course, However, I matters fall terms grade very much as I need it to apply for jobs.
