To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to respectfully request approval to withdraw from ANAT 316, in which I am currently enrolled for the Winter 2025 term.
Due to ongoing health challenges related to sleep apnea and the extended process of registering with the Queen’s Student Accessibility Services (QSAS), I have found it increasingly difficult to manage the demands of this course. After thoughtful consideration and discussions with my academic advisor, I believe that withdrawing from ANAT 316 is the most appropriate decision for both my academic success and personal well-being.
