Petition Letter
At the beginning of April 2024, I became seriously ill, and had to go the hospital the week of the final lab exam for ANAT 316. This affected my ability to study for the lab exam, as I was extremely tired all the time, dizzy, and unable to concentrate. I also had extreme abdominal pain, and my studies were constantly interrupted. Therefore, even though I deferred the exam a week, I was still unable to have adequate time to study for the exam.
This illness continued throughout the entire summer bringing extreme pain, and multiple trips to the hospital and different doctors for iron infusions and blood transfusions. I had extreme fatigue throughout the whole summer, so this with the extreme pain affected my ability to study for my deferred final exam for KNPE 345.
