I am writing to request permission to reschedule my deferred PSYC 100 final exam due to a medical emergency.
I experienced a sudden and serious health issue on the day of the exam.
On May 15, I experienced a sudden severe dizziness and nausea, and visited the emergency department of Kingston General Hospital. I was treated overnight and released in the morning of May 16, which was the date of the deferred PSYC 100 exam.
As an international student, I only enrolled in three courses this term. This course is essential to maintain my full-time student status and a valid study permit.
