Academic Plan
I have carefully planned out my current coursework and created a structured schedule based on the recommended study hours outlined in each course syllabus. I am dedicating specific blocks of time each day to focus on individual classes, ensuring consistent and balanced progress. I have also previously taken some of these courses (currently in the process of being dropped), so I’m familiar with much of the content and feel confident in my ability to catch up and succeed.
In addition, I’ve been regularly seeing a therapist and working on maintaining a healthy balance between my mental health and academic responsibilities. This ongoing support has made a significant difference. I’ve experienced noticeable improvements in both my emotional well-being and academic motivation, which has further encouraged me to stay on track. I have mapped out all assignment deadlines, midterms, and exams, and am following a prioritized study schedule to stay fully up to date.
Each week, I have dedicated approximately 32 hours to my academic work, divided evenly among my four courses. Course 1 and Course 2 are slightly more intensive, so I’ve allocated about 8–9 hours per week to each, while Course 3 and Course 4 receive about 7–8 hours. My schedule is structured to ensure a consistent daily routine while allowing flexibility to manage my mental health and personal well-being.
Mondays are focused on reviewing lecture material and completing readings for Course 1 and Course 2.
Tuesdays are set aside for working through practice problems, assignments, or recorded content for Course 3 and Course 4.
On Wednesdays, I spend time preparing lab reports or reviewing key concepts for Course 2, followed by active recall or flashcard work for Course 1.
Thursdays are used for deeper reading and assignment work for Course 3 and Course 4.
Fridays serve as catch-up days where I revisit anything I’ve fallen behind on or reinforce material covered during the week through light studying.
Saturdays are flexible and mainly reserved for group study/group project if needed and review
Sundays are intentionally lighter to allow for rest, mental health care, and brief review sessions if needed. This schedule allows me to stay on top of each course’s content while maintaining a manageable and sustainable pace throughout the semester.
