Petition Letter
Dear Dean Stephenson/ Prof Huge Horton
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally request a deferred exam for CHEM-112 due to unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, I have been diagnosed with the flu and am currently unable to attend the scheduled exam on April 9th. I have submitted an academic consideration with extended circumferences that has been verified(Request ID:66493).
As per university guidelines, I would like to request an alternative exam period. Given my current situation, I would greatly appreciate the option to take the exam either:
Remotely between May and August 2024 (due to my inability to travel to campus during this period), or
In person during the September 2024 exam (once I have recovered and can attend campus).
Please let me know which option aligns best with the course policies and procedures, and if there are any further steps I need to take.
