Petition Letter
Hi, my name is Samuel Quinlan and I am an exchange student from Macquarie University, Australia. I am currently on exchange here at Queen's University, and I am using my flexible units back home to undertake 3 courses while I'm over here (EMPR 210, FILM 217, SOCY 100). I sent a unit equivalency form back to my home university when I found out about my enrolment in these courses months ago, and my university had only just got back to me yesterday saying that EMPR 210 employment law has been declined, which is after the changing course deadline. The required courses I need to undertake here are 3 (9.0 units); otherwise, my courses won't be counted towards my degree, and this whole exchange won't count for me. Therefore, I would love to undertake FILM 210 The Horror Film, as I am extremely interested in film. and it also falls under the arts and science faculty. I hope you can consider it, as I'd hate to not meet the requirements of this exchange.
