Petition Letter
I took the EMPR 220 course, and could not take the final exam as I lost my uncle who and his wife brought me up when I was a child as my mom was a working woman -- they were my parents more than my biological parents.
I could not even go at that time to see him for the last time due to unavailability of air ticket. Brad was kind so was Queen's exam department, and allowed an alternative day to sit for the exam which I also missed. I had ~90% on all other components of the course at that time except the final exam.
I completely lost my way for over a year, and was sort of ashamed of contacting for that again. Unfortunately, this one
