Dear Dean
I'd like to submit an appeal to waive the 21-day deadline. Unfortunately I was placed on a one-year withdrawl. I was unaware of it until recently because I was able to enroll in summer courses. I didn't get notified or know where to look. I spoke to an advisor who told me that the first step was to waive the 21 day deadline and then submit an appeal. I would really appreciate if you let me appeal because I may have good reasons for the poor performance and I will let you know you why I am ready to start again.
