Academic Plan
My medication regimen has now been changed to a different class of medications, and I am already experiencing improvement in my symptoms following discontinuation of the previous medication. I will continue to meet regularly with my nurse practitioner to monitor my progress and manage any future issues. I am confident that I am now able to successfully resume my academic responsibilities and complete PATH 381.
