Academic Plan
I transferred into the Economics program approximately one year ago. If you review my academic transcript, you will find that my performance in Economics-related courses has been consistently strong since the transfer. This reflects both my academic ability and my commitment to succeeding in this program.
I am fully committed to achieving strong academic results, particularly as I will be required to take seminar courses and upper-year (fourth-year) Economics courses in the upcoming academic year. If I am unable to enrol in this required communication course this term, I would be forced to take seven courses alongside a seminar next term in order to remain on track, which would place an unreasonable academic burden on me and may delay my graduation by at least half a year.
Since changing my program, I have taken a concentrated and demanding course load over the past three terms in order to progress efficiently toward graduation. Despite this, my academic results in my core courses have remained solid, which gives me confidence in my ability to manage my studies successfully. I am prepared to continue making significant efforts to maintain high academic standards, just as I did when I made the decision to transfer into Economics one year ago.
If my petition is granted, I am fully prepared to catch up on any missed material resulting from my late enrolment. I respectfully request the opportunity, where possible, to complete alternative assessments, rewrite assignments, or retake any missed tests at the discretion of the instructor. I am confident that, if given this opportunity, I will perform at a level consistent with my academic record since transferring into the program.
I sincerely appreciate your consideration and would like to assure you that I will approach this course with the same level of dedication and discipline that has characterized my academic work over the past three terms.
