Petition Letter
I originally signed up for LLCU 110 due to the fact that I was told that I needed 2 electives in order to graduate. I ended up getting into 2 other electives that I preferred and thus moved to drop the class before the academic deadline. However, when I looked at my SOLUS, the information I was presented showed that if I dropped the LLCU class, I would no longer have all the credits needed to graduate. I went to the registrar's office to ask if the other elective that is not being counted (PHIL 157) will give me the 3 credits needed if I drop the LLCU 110 class and was told that this was a question I had to ask the head of computing. I emailed the head of computing and was told by them that I would receive an answer from Student services. After multiple visits over the past couple of weeks, I was finally pointed in the direction to the Dunning offices, where I was told today that I could drop the class and still graduate.
