Academic Plan
My goal in taking CHEM 113 is to improve my academic performance in chemistry and strengthen my GPA for future academic and professional applications. I recognize that my previous performance in CHEM 112 did not fully reflect my current abilities or potential, and I am committed to approaching this course with stronger academic habits and improved time management.
If approved to enroll in CHEM 113, I plan to stay organized by following a consistent study schedule, reviewing lecture material weekly, and completing practice problems regularly to reinforce my understanding of the course content. Since I may be entering the course after the start of the term, I will prioritize catching up immediately on any missed lectures, readings, and assignments.
I also plan to make use of available academic supports, including office hours, peer support, and course resources when needed. My intention is not only to improve my grade in chemistry, but also to build a stronger academic foundation for future coursework and professional program applications.
I understand the expectations and responsibilities associated with retaking an exclusion course and I am prepared to fully commit to succeeding in the course.
