Academic Plan

· Unique learning opportunity that not all students get to experience

· Enjoy more STEM side of my academics and this gives me a chance to explore this in depth

· Planning to continue my studies in Sociology major after my year abroad is completed

· Connected with the Academic Advisor for Indigenous students here in FAS

· Also, in contact with Four Directions Indigenous student Center’s Indigenous Advisor Jessica Parks

· Enrolled in Queen’s Accessibility Services and set with accommodations.

· Keeping in contact with academic advisor and Indigenous advisor here at Queens

· Using academic timetable to measure tasks in order of deadlines

· Accessing Academic support at the other institution

· Accessing a list of Indigenous Bursaries and contacting Four Directions to see what opportunities for funding they may have Indigenous Bursaries Search Tool

· Plan for coming back, with transfer units I can hopefully use towards my degree. Work out a plan of action of completion with my Academic Advisor

· Open to completing an additional year or semester if needed
