Petition Letter
Hi.
I'm appealing to drop my CLST 205 course, as I've been unwell (with already-provided supporting documentation), similar symptoms to depression, which has prevented me from both attending classes (all but one seminar on Week One or Two) and completing the online quizzes of the course.
Essentially, I've done one quiz, and attended one class in September, which (according to Associate Dean, Sue Blake, who I met with on 2/12/15) is viable for a request to drop. I was instructed by my course instructor to not attend any classes to help with my appeal (as of early November).
My goal is to drop this course, remove it from my 'record' or transcript, and move forward proactively for next term.
