Petition Letter
SITUATION: I deal with Major Depression Disorder that I was diagnosed with in January of 2014 and have recently increased the dosage of my medicine (as seen in the documentation in my file), which impacts my mental health and amount of stress that I can handle. I hope that I can drop the course MUSIC P52 without academic penalty, so I will have more time to improve my mental health and my other course marks.
ACADEMIC PLAN: I will be taking Summer Courses to catch up, so I can also graduate within the average of 4 years.
