Petition Letter
To whom it may concern,
I am applying for Aegrotat Standing for my course due to the fact that I have been in and out of school for the past two and a half weeks due to a physical illness, where I saw a few medical professionals, both in Kingston and back home in Montreal. My illness led to me needing surgery, which took place on December 2nd. I have received a doctor's note stating that I will need a two week recovery time. Since I have completed 60 percent of my course work I was advised to apply for this specific appeal since I will not be back in time for the final exam, which is on December 15th.
