Academic Plan
I cannot promise that I will achieve a 4.0 GPA upon returning but I will promise to make the proper changes in order to achieve success. I have met with a counsellor towards the end of the winter 2014 term to help find solutions to my issue. I was told I just need a few more credits to graduate with a 3 year general program. To make this a reality I plan to take a lighter course load and retake previous courses since there aren't many credits left for me to acquire. Also, I will actively seek help from resources such as the Learning Commons to improve my study habits and learn some new skills. Additionally, I also plan to meet with Learning Strategies to discuss and deal with my procrastination to further increase my chance at success. Finally, I will step down from KCF and keep my social and extracurricular activities to a minimum in order to focus solely on my academic career.
