Petition Letter
Dear Dr. Benard,
I am appealing to add PHIL 157 (Winter, 2016).
I am currently enrolled in CISC 425 (Advanced UI Design) as my very last elective option course before graduation this Spring. But over the past 3 weeks, I became extremely worried and stressed that I would not be able to graduate on time - because this course's evaluation is 100 team project component, and the team I was assigned to is just not working out. As I am taking CISC 425 simply as an elective course, I would like to be allowed to drop this very stressful course; and in its place, I hope to take PHIL 157 to fulfil my final 3 credits instead. I have already taken steps to speak to Professor Smith, as well as the Phil department to ensure that I will be able to catch up in PHIL 157.
I hope that you will grant me the permission to enrol in a class that will help me end my 4 years at Queen's on a happy note.
