Appeal requesting to waive the 21-day appeal deadline.
To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this in regarding the academic ruling I received in May 24. I apologize for this late appeal as I have not noticed the email until. Since the end of the semester, I have not paid much attention to my Queen's email account, and the address on the letter was my old address. Because of this, I am not aware of this ruling until now and not been able to appeal within the 21-day deadline.
I am sorry for all the troubles. Please take my appeal to your consideration. Give me a chance to appeal for my ruling.
