Dear Dr. Johanne Bénard,
I am appealing to waive the 21 day deadline in order to submit a late appeal.
I am appealing this deadline as I suffered a concussion on Saturday June 2nd while playing rugby in a summer men¿¿s league. As a result of this concussion, I was not in the mental state required to write and submit my appeal by the deadline. The concussion left me unable to use the electronic devices necessary to submit the appeal, it also left me in a poor mental state in which the actual formatting and writing of the appeal proved to be to straining on me in my weakened state. Should this appeal be approved, I will be submitting an appeal to waive the requirement to withdraw for the 2016/2017 year.
