HIST 260 Change to Audit
ASTR 101 Change to Audit for Spring/Summer 2016, Re-doing this term Fall 2016
Extenuating circumstances:
Fee Waiver requested for Appeal. Have received no funding. Have full funding under Disability and will put applications in for Sept 2016.
All services were cut off in the community because ODSP Ontario Disability Support Program did not pay accounts including electrical, cutting off internet and phone also. I need full use of the University Disability Lab services when on campus.
Have permanent spinal cord injury, but broke right arm in February 2016, was in severe pain, and unable to function through to August 2016.
