Petition Letter
Hello,
My name is Kylie Read and I am appealing to register for the online HLTH101 course. I am trying to major in health studies and during my first year I believed that I needed HLTH102 to enter health studies, not HLTH101, therefore I never enrolled in HLTH101 during my first year. I have tried to register for the previous HLTH101 summer course, the fall 2016 HLTH101 course, and applied for a Letter of Permission to take a similar HLTH101 course at another institution (Athalabaska, Thompson Rivers) but nothing has worked out in my favour. I have been watching the Winter 2017 online HLTH101 course very closely and yesterday evening two spots have opened up, and am requesting to be enrolled in the online HLTH101 course even though the deadline for course registration has ended. I have been in contact with Melody and Anna from Kinesiology and Health Studies academic services, and have Anna's approval to register for this course. This course is a requirement for my planned/wanted academic plan. Thank you.
