Petition Letter
The extenuating circumstances that prevented me from adding this course prior to the due date had nothing to do with personal circumstances. It was a matter of the time that it took for my supervisor to complete the directed lab application form that must be submitted to the chair of undergraduate studies in psychology before I am able to add the course to my timetable via solus. I was not given this directed lab application sheet until Monday January 23rd, three days after the deadline had already past and therefore was not able to successfully enrol in the course prior to the deadline.
