Petition Letter
To Whom It May Concern
I am appealing to drop the following courses: ENLG 467, ENGL 482, ENGL 421, ENGL 489, RELS 355 because I was hospitalized March 2nd due to a serious mental illness. Before I was hospitalized I was not dealing well with the illness since around the month of February and I am currently still in hospital at Providence Care. I sought help at Student Wellness Center and am also currently receiving professional help in the hospital.
