Request to waive the Appeal Deadline
I am writing a request to waive the appeal deadline as I have been unwell for the past two and a half years as noted in my medical documentation. Over the course of this time, I have tried my very best to cope on my own but have also experienced some rough times and not been able to think clearly about my future. I have been on medication and hospitalized, both inpatient and outpatient over this time in Kingston and Vancouver. My focus was to get myself better and to try to get through my workload as best as I could. In having some down time after the Winter 2017 term, I have given much thought to my education at Queen's and would really like to see myself complete my degree.
Your consideration and cooperation in this matter would very much be appreciated.
