I am requesting an extension for my current course POLS 280 due to my current health situation, as you see from the attached Physicians¿¿ note I am still recovering and unfortunately having severe side effects from my medication in addition to symptoms related to healing from my last surgical procedure. The extension I am requesting is for completion of my course during the 2017 Fall Semester. Thank you
