Petition Letter
I am writing this appeal in order to drop CLST 201, after the preset last day to drop the course.
Due to Mental Health Issues, my ability to engage in this course has been affected negatively. I will be attempting to have academic accommodations next year, along with regular appointments in order to combat the issues I am facing. I apologize for not dropping the course earlier rather than later and hope that I can still remove this course from my record.
