To whom it may concern
Beginning the 8th of March, 2018, I have encountered extenuating circumstances that have prevented me from physically being able to attend class. As a result, I was accommodated by the instructors of the five courses to hand in assignments electronically and re-evaluate attendance and participation grading accordingly. Unfortunately, this situation affected my academic achievement, and as a result, I did not finish SOCY 211 with a passing grade. I was unable to work with a partner/group for the remainder of my assignments and was not able to get laboratory time to work on my assignments with the teaching assistance. I would like to drop this course without incurring an academic/financial penalty.
