Hi there.
My name is Keaton Deodato and I am near completion of my Batchelor of Science Kinesiology Program here at Queens.
In the summer of 2014, I was in the middle of completing Writ 125 course, when I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. This was quite an emotional time for me as I have already survived a childhood cancer (neuroblastoma).
Clearly, I was unable to finish the Writ 125 course, and over the last number of years I have been able to continue to work towards finishing my degree while working part time.
I am writing this email to respectfully request to have the summer course Writ 125 to be removed from my transcript.
Attached please find a letter from my physician confirming my medical situation back in 2014 through 2016. Again, it would be greatly appreciated if you would remove this course from my transcript.
