Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

My plan to succeed academically is a simple and straightforward method. I believe that the time I took with my courses were greatly affected by my physical health, and I am appealing to drop the courses that I failed and I propose to retake them in the fall semester where my health should be no negative factor on my performance. I believe I have the capabilities to succeed and I plan on making full use of my resources that I was not able to utilize when I was unhealthy. I believe that if given the chance, I will make full use of it and that I am fully capable of succeeding in the courses that I plan to retake in the fall. Attached with this appeal will be my MRI scan records, my doctor's note, my first surgeon's report, my second surgeon's report, and a receipt for proof of me receiving treatment at the ARC. There is only one receipt for a November date, however, if need be, The Therapy Zone has full records of all of the times that I came in and received treatment from them. I hope you can carefully assess my current situation and sympathizing with my circumstances.
