Petition Letter
To whom it may concern,
I would like to appeal the last day to enrol in summer courses. I was with the CFL team, Winnipeg Blue Bombers, for a few months over the summer and unsure if I was returning for the next semester. When I found out I was going to return after a series of unfortunate events I was unable to act as soon as I'd like due to financial hurdles. I am aware that classes have started but I have received permission by three professors to join their classes.
