Petition Letter
I appeal to waive the 21-day deadline of appealing to waive the requirement of withdraw for one year. The email including information of requirement of withdraw for one year was sent to me on May 22nd 2018. At the time it was sent to me, I was in China where I could not have accesses to foreign websites including Queen's websites and Queen's Email due to policies of Chinese government. I am writing this appeal only because I am using an unreliable proxy tool. I know it is late but I have no other choice at this moment. Thank you.
