Petition Letter
Hello, my name is Omar Patel. There are two emails which I have sent and have given what Jenine Ball had asked for but had not been dropped and because of the lack of information that I had been communicated I was not able to forward it otherwise it would not have been an issue. Now it is an F on my transcript which is also causing issues for financial assistance. I hope these screenshots are sufficient. These are both from June and the last email was mine and was not given a response as a confirmation for the dropping the course or redirection to forward the email. The reason I could not take it was because of the family responsibilities such as taking care of the household and taking on the role of a parental figure due to extenuating circumstance that I was forced to manage as I had no other choice. I had emailed on time in order to drop the course but there was confusion on both ends regarding the process. I really hope that my situation and explanation is sufficient for the dropping of this course and removal of grade from my transcript.
