Academic Plan
If I am permitted to enrol in HISt 263, I will be able to catch up on any work that I have missed. Since this is an online course, all of the notes and lecture material will be available for me to access and review at all times throughout the semester. This means that I can simply go back to the weeks that I have misses and review the material there.
This semester, I have five days a week where I do not have class. This means that I have more time than any other semester I have had at Queen's to work on my academics. With this extra time, I will be able to review the work that I have missed and then be able to be on track for the rest of the semester.
I have also contacted the professor of HIST 263 and she confirmed with me that I have not missed any major assignments and she also expressed her support in me enrolling in the course.
As a result of these reasons, I believe that I would be quite capable of achieving academic success in this course.
