Dear Dean Office
This is Kate, and I apply to CR the class for my winter term. Since the end of last semester, I had a strong allergy and had to take medicine every night. The allergy and the side effects of the medicine(which are diarrhea and sleepy), I had a hard time to attend every lecture, and I have tried my best on finishing all the assignments and essays, but still can not get an ideal grade to compare with what I did before. However, the third year is a very important year for grad school application, I really need to CR these courses since I felt I could really get a better grade if I don't have health problems.
So sorry for the inconvenience that I have caused and please a prove of CR in this special case. Thank you so much for reviewing my material.
