Petition Letter
Dear Officer,
I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome on Sept 4th, 2018 and suffered from irregular menstrual pain and bleeding.
I did not effectively evaluate my study result before the official date to drop the course, because the occurrence of the illness happened mainly after the reading week. The most serious symptom appeared on week 9 and 10. I had a low fever but lasted for about six days and repeated constipation. When the March came with the accelerating study progress, I was not able to keep up with the course setting, especially when 4 tests or midterms were arranged on week 10.
The last few weeks are messy and overwhelming when I was sick. I would like to drop CISC324 and MATH337 and take them back with better health condition in next terms.
All the translation of hospital documents are provided by Helen Lin (Phone: 403-714-7888), who works in a hospital in Calgary and introduced by my family.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Simin Zhang
