Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Now that I have seen a throat specialist, my condition is affecting me less and less, and my studies are already doing much better. If this is not the correct appeal I am applying for, please let me know what else I may do to help my case, as I believe my grade in the midterm exam was an inaccurate assessment due to my diminished health.

I have made accommodations to heal and become a better student in the future, as I am now much more in control of my health.
