Academic Plan
Moving forward I plan to retake the classes that I have previously failed in the past to recover my GPA and to get to a GPA that is above the cut off of academic probation. As well I plan on taking a lighter course load consisting of 4 classes, hiring tutors when I don't understand the content and to help me keep motivated while staying up to date with course material. Previously I was planning on taking computer science but I will be shifting my focus to economics based on the fact that I enjoy the content as well as it typically requires a much less strenuous course load. Also I will be consistently accessing the wellness services in Mitchell hall and on Stuart street and spend time working with councillors to help maintain a good state of mental health that will help me to succeed and stay focused during the academic year. I will also book appointments with academic advisers to get the best advice when planning the rest of my academic career at Queen's to help ensure my goals of graduating from University with a acceptable GPA is reached.
