Petition Letter
To whom it may concern,
I am requesting for an appeal to drop a course past the drop date. I need to drop my summer term online course computer science 101 due to health complications. I have a signed doctors note to support this that I will submit in person.
I have taken the steps to improve my health through professionals, but the online course is putting a lot of stress and taking up a lot of time. I wish to drop this course without an academic penalty so that I can focus on getting better and take my fall term courses in better health. I unfortunately missed the drop date and have gone to the resources to get help and to submit this appeal. I hope this covers everything.
