Petition Letter
Respected Sir,
Ref : Queen's letter dated: 21st May 2019
Student Ref: 20136631
With reference to the above letter, I am writing this letter, requesting to waive the 21 day deadline for appealing the Faculty's decision that I must Withdraw from Queen's University for a year.
I would like to bring to your attention that the password from my Net ID had been changed prior to the summer break and it wasn't registered on my mobile devises. Therefore, I was not in a position to access my Queen's email or the Student Centre and only during early September I noticed the communication forwarded by the faculty. Hence, I am humbly requesting to condone the delay in appealing and would appreciate that the 21 day deadline be waived to present my case and appeal to the Faculty's decision of having to withdraw for a year. I also have an accommodation for extenuating circumstances letter from the Faculty, therefore requesting your good offices to waive the 21 day deadline to present my case.
Thanking you in advance and awaiting your positive response.
Yours faithfully
Durgesh
