Dear Colleague,
I would like to appeal for the extension on my deferred exam for PHYS 372 in 2019 winter term. I was seriously ill before and receiving the medical treatment until the end of September. I have been approved by my doctor to be back to campus for study now. I noticed the make-up exam period has been expired. I sincerely ask for an chance to get an extension for me to complete that deferred exam, if it is still available. I will be really appreciated if you can help me on that
